Our specialists offer a comprehensive service providing internal and external recommendations for clients to implement themselves. Following the 2-hour on-site consultation for properties up to 1,200 square feet, clients receive a detailed written report containing all recommendations and suggestions. Prices range from $500.00 to $750.00. Additional mileage charges apply if travel time exceeds 2 hours.

Partial Staging Consultation & Installation

This service offers more than just recommendations; our specialists actively collaborate with clients to transform their spaces using existing furniture and accessories. The package includes a 1-hour briefing consultation beforehand, followed by 4 hours of hands-on assistance on-site for properties up to 1,200 square feet. Prices range from $750.00 to $1,500.00. Additional mileage charges apply if travel time exceeds 2 hours. Should clients desire assistance in selecting complementary decorative pieces, an additional fee will be charged for private shopping, based on an hourly rate of $125.00.

Full Staging & Installation

This comprehensive service not only includes essential recommendations but also hands-on collaboration with our specialists to transform spaces using I-MIX's furniture and accessories inventory. The package comprises a 1-hour briefing consultation beforehand, followed by 8 hours of on-site assistance, limited to properties up to 1,800 square feet.

Prices range from $3,500 to $5,500.00. Additional mileage charges apply if travel time exceeds 2 hours. Should clients desire assistance in selecting complementary decorative pieces, an additional fee will be charged for private shopping, based on an hourly rate of $125.00.

Please note, when utilizing this package, the client is responsible for paying an additional fee for rental of all accessories, furniture, and art after 45 days of being on the market. Fees vary depending on the contract, size, and relationship with the company.

Special Occasions  Decor & Staging

Whether you're hosting an annual Christmas party or commemorating a special occasion, our team of specialists is here to create the perfect mood and atmosphere in your space. Our services encompass seasonal accessories, furniture, and setup tailored to your event. Prices range from $2,000.00 to $4,000.00 for homes with up to 3 spaces.

Shopping Services

Clients can opt for our shopping service, where they can be accompanied by a professional shopper or have our specialists pre-select items for future purchases. The service is priced at an hourly rate of $125.00, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Additional charges apply for travel time to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach areas.

Pre-Makeover Consultation

This comprehensive consultation encompasses a full color consultation to craft a personalized color palette suitable for the property, along with recommendations for lighting, accessories, and internal layout. Clients will receive a detailed diagram and report via email, followed by a phone consultation to discuss possibilities, colors, layout, and suggestions. Prices range from $500.00 to $700.00.

Organization & Decluttering Consultation

Organization/Decluttering Consultation: This service assists clients in envisioning clutter-free spaces and understanding the do's and don'ts of presenting a property for sale or lease. Our specialist provides on-site recommendations, empowering clients to implement them at their own pace. The price ranges from $250.00 to $500.00 for a 2-hour consultation on-site.
